Inside Aldea Zama, Tulum’s eco-friendly and luxury residential area, Etniko offers two luxury apartments and four studios, an art gallery, a co-working space, a gym, and a spectacular rooftop with a pool and living spaces. 

The concept is inspired by the traditions and colors of the original towns and the artisans’ work of Mexico, a space where the colors and the Mexican atmosphere is reflected in architectural spaces. Along with Indigo architects, all the interiors were planned based on the idea of vacational rent. The goal was to create comfortable spaces where the guests could experience original artisan work and art from all around Mexico and have a full Mexican experience in just one place.
