Pedregal 17 is a remodeling and adaptation of offices for a group of young entrepreneurs located right in front of Torre Virreyes, popularly known as "El Dorito".

It consists of two levels and a rooftop, which was built on the roof of the building from scratch. On the first level lies the reception, the operational offices and a small kitchenette for employees, as well as a small central courtyard. On the second level we have the executive offices and the boardroom. Finally, the rooftop, a space for informal meetings, has an incredible view of Torre Virreyes and a space to enjoy the incredible view.
