Laiva 103 is a residential project located in the heart of San José del Cabo, in Laiva Condos, behind Laiva Hotel. Designed to function both as a vacation rental and the client's personal residence, the project focused on creating a warm, home-like atmosphere while maintaining a strong aesthetic identity.

Working within a limited budget, the design prioritized durability, low maintenance, and cost-effective solutions through the use of locally sourced materials and furnishings. Earthy tones, natural textures, and carefully selected statement pieces create an inviting space that stands out on rental platforms while offering the comfort and authenticity of a true home rather than a typical vacation rental.
