Chiki is a private speakeasy nightclub at Costa Palmas, designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio. Created for both members and invited guests, the space delivers an immersive experience inspired by Mexican architecture, craftsmanship, and artistic heritage, celebrating the richness of local design through a refined contemporary lens.

As the owner's project representative for Costa Palmas, I oversaw the project's execution from concept through completion. My responsibilities included budget management, coordination with the design team, procurement oversight, vendor management, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project in collaboration with Martin Brudnizki Design Studio and a talented team of artists and artisans.
